In April of last year, actor/writer/director Zach Braff announced a Kickstarter campaign to fund his new project. Now, ‘Wish I Was Here’ is in post-production and all details on its much anticipated soundtrack have been released. The soundtrack for his directorial debut ‘Garden State’ has a Grammy to its name and secured the phrase “the Zach Braff effect,” the way it brought national attention to bands like The Shins. After the surprising disqualification of song nominee Bruce Broughton earlier this year, the Academy has decided to make a change in the rules.
